We provide a Live Help system to deliver real time assistance to you, our customer.
Requesting Live Help
You may notice the "Live Help, Click Here" option that is often available in the menu bar at the right hand side of each page. This option is enabled during regular business hours and when an appropriate sales or support specialist is actively monitoring the page.
Chat Invitations
If our system detects a particular usage pattern that indicates you are looking for certain information during your site visit, you may be sent a chat invitation with an offer for live assistance. This appears as a floating button that moves across the top of the screen. You may accept the invitation or simply ignore it. If you choose to accept the invitation, a customer support representative will be immediately paged to provide help.
Please rest assured that our intentions are to provide improved service and that your visit with us is completely anonymous.
Documented Support Requests
When your issue requires investigation or other follow-up activity, we may direct you to use our online Support Request tool which provides you with a tracking number that can be used to review the status of your question or problem resolution request.
