The Membership Manager Control depends on the AspNetSQLMembershipProvider to do
much of its work and also requires a couple of custom stored procedures. Even if
the stored procedures are absent or if the Asp.Net membership provider's configuration
is limiting, the Membership Manager Control wil immediately deliver substantial
functionality as best it can. This section describes how security, the provider
