and used for 30-days. Complete documentation is included with the evaluation software
and during the evaluation period, technical support is available as outlined in
Support Services.
We strongly encourage our customers to use our trial software and support service
to fully evaluate each product prior to purchasing a software license. After purchase,
you are further covered by a 30-day return guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied, send an e-mail message requesting a refund
to service@qualitydata.net within 30-days
of your purchase. Return of all purchased items including a signed Letter of Destruction
will be required prior to processing a refund. All returns are subject to approval
by our customer service group. The refund will be issued by means similar to the
original payment. Since we do not maintain your credit card information, our payment
services provider must verify that the card number you provide for the refund matches
that used to make the original purchase. Shipping and handling, training, implementation,
and technical support fees are non-refundable.
Quality Data, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy and any such
revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the
revised Refund Policy on the Quality Data, Inc. website. Due to the nature of online
sales and as part of an industry-wide effort to combat fraud, this policy is strictly
enforced.
